I'm delighted you are considering the role of CEO at Open Thinking Partnership (OTP). OTP is at an exciting stage of development, and the new CEO has a unique opportunity to be an agent of change for the children and young people served by Open Thinking Partnership.

Our name means something to us all:

Open to ensuring our schools recognise and meet the needs of a diverse range of individuals.

Thinking so that our approaches are based on strong evaluation which values, nurtures and challenges all our young people (no single approach but one that best meets needs).

Partnership ensuring our schools work together with families, each other, other agencies and the local communities around each of our schools.

As the CEO you will be the embodiment of our shared ethos, ensuring that the principles of respecting, nurturing, teaching, and challenging every pupil are brought to life in every one of our school communities.

You will be the main role model of a culture and ethos that supports all our people and helps them to succeed.
